Policy
RollerBug is committed to respecting your privacy and
protecting your personal information. We only gather
personal information that you supply voluntarily, usually
through contacting us by telephone, mail, email, for
the purpose of fulfilling orders for our customers.
We do not keep any records of our customer’s credit
card information.
Any personal information you provide is used only for
the purposes for which it is collected. RollerBug does
not sell, share or divulge our lists/customer information
with any third party and you have the right of access
to any information that we have collected about you.

Keeping our customer’s personal information secure is
important to us. One way that Rollerbug does this is
we refer our customers to a third party (PayPal.com)
for all credit card information collection. You DO NOT
need to have or sign up for a PayPal account with our
secure PayPal shopping cart checkout. Customer information
is protected by being stored in an encrypted, password
protected database that is not shared or sold to any
third party.
Return Policy
All of our roller skates come with a one year warranty
against manufacturer’s defects. This does not cover
damage that may have been caused by normal wear and
tear.
Customers may exchange roller skates within 30 days
of purchase provided that the roller skates have not
been worn and are in their original packaging. If you
would like to exchange your roller skates for a different
style or size, feel free to contact us for details and
arrangements at contact@RollerBug.com.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all
returns and exchanges. Packages without a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number will be refused. To obtain
an RMA number, please email contact@RollerBug.com.
Please note all sales are final.
Shipping/Delivery
RollerBug uses Canada Post Expedited, Fed Ex or Can
Par at ground rate level unless otherwise requested.
Shipping time for non-custom roller skates is between
2-5 weeks. Shipping time for custom roller skates is
between 3-6 weeks. All shipping rates are based on weight.
The average roller skate weighs between 5-10 lbs. With
the customer’s consent Rollerbug reserves the right
to adjust shipping rates when shipping to inaccessible
or rural locations. Rush delivery is also available
for an additional fee in most cases. If you have any
